The main goal of the National project of the Facilitation of the settlement of property rights in municipalities with a presence of marginalised Roma communities is to promote access of the target group – members and residents of marginalised Roma communities – to healthcare and public health, including preventative care and health education, and encourage the improvement of their hygienic standards of living. 

The project's primary goal will be achieved by updating and collecting new data about the land under Roma settlements' dwellings.
