Annotation:
The SPECTRE project is focused on research, development and pilot validation of a system of automated satellite monitoring and detection of changes on the Earth's surface. The proposed solution will use geospatial data from radar (SAR) and optical satellite sensors in combination with advanced artificial intelligence algorithms.
